Tautfest Weddings is a wedding planning and Day-of Coordinator service provider based in Waco, Texas, with the ability to travel. We are committed to ensuring you have a memorable celebration, without the stress of planning. We also have speciality packages for wedding party getaways and honeymoons!
what we do
Full-time or Partial Planning
Leave all the details to our professional wedding planner. Once we learn the basics of your dream day, leave the rest to us with our Full Time Planning Package! Or, be more hands-on and get assistance from our planner. We will work hand in hand with you, and guide you through the tough questions with our Partial Planning Package. These packages include Day-Of Services.
Day-of Services
Hire our wedding coordinator only for the wedding day. We will be there from start to finish to see everything run smoothly and seamlessly! We will work with your different vendors for what is expected of them day of. We will decorate your venue with your decorations you have. We will also create a schedule for your big day, from getting ready to when you have your big exit!
Wedding Party Getaways/Honeymoon
This specialty package is an add-on to our other packages. This package will be specially created for your wedding vacation needs! From arranging travel and lodging to organizing your activities and dining, this package covers everything you need for a smooth and amazing vacation!
Investment
Full-time or Partial Planning Cost
This cost is based on your overall total expenses! We charge $1,100-1,300 for the Partial or or Full Time Planning package.
Day-of Services Cost
This is a flat fee of $600 for the Day-Of Coordinating Service
Travel Fees
This is a flat fee of $200 for any wedding located 30 minutes or more outside of Waco, Texas and surrounding areas. This is in addition to the total cost.
Wedding Party Getaways/Honeymoon Cost
This cost is based on your overall total expenses of your trip! We charge 10% of your total costs of your vacation. This is in addition to any other package cost.

FULL PLANNING PACKAGE
Maggie made our wedding dreams come true. She handled everything from working with our event hotel to ordering decorations and decorating our entire space prior to our wedding day. She also gave us food options and even did our cake testing. On our wedding day, she ran the show. She choreographed our wedding walk and handled all wedding events during the reception then sent us off walking through a line of our guests, as they held sparklers, and wished us well.
She managed to pull this off even though we were probably some of the hardest people to work with as we traveled a lot during the planning phase so she had very little access to us to get questions answered in a timely manner.
I have only great things to say about her and our wedding day. I literally just showed up in my wedding dress and was able to enjoy a wonderful day without having to stress about coordinating a huge event.

Hi there!
My name is Maggie Tautfest, and I’m the owner of Tautfest Weddings! I founded this company in August 2023 after graduation from Brigham Young University-Hawaii. I received my Bachelor’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management- Emphasis in Event Planning. My family and I moved to Waco, Texas for my husband to go to Baylor Law School. I am a stay at home mom to our daughter, and she is the light of my life.
I founded this company based on the idea that every bride deserves to have their dream wedding day, without all of the stress. A wedding should be a joyous time for celebration and love, and as a bride or groom, you don’t want to look back on your day and only remember the stress that came along with it!
As owner and head planner/ coordinator, it is my job to make sure your dream day is full of happy, stress free memories. Now, let’s make your dream day a reality!
